meal options quick changing
the staff quickly allowed me to change in my room even though i was early. i appreciated this consideration. there were also plenty of meal options available in the evening.
the soundproofing wasn't great i could hear other guests in nearby rooms.

clean suite sauna suite responsive staff clear direction
The Junior Suite Terrace Private Sauna room was very clean and spacious. The staff was responsive through WhatsApp and provided clear access directions. I liked having a balcony and sauna in the suite. The location was good, near trams.
The breakfast was not as expected. The options were limited.

The hotel features modern rooms with updated bathrooms, a detail that I really appreciated. Each room has air conditioning. Breakfast is delivered directly to the rooms at your chosen time.

The place has an excellent location. The hotel is a short distance to train and tram stops. It is about a 20-minute walk into the city center, a distance that works well even with children.

staff experience potential stalking
The room was quite clean and the breakfast lady was charming so that's something I suppose.
I must adjust my rating due to the experience with the staff I stayed there with family friends in separate rooms and our friends encountered some issues. The manager accused our friends of things that did not happen.

modern design walking distance
the room had a modern interior design. fluent english was spoken at the front desk, i appreciated this. it facilitated communication . the location allowed walking distance to the cathedral.
the sofa had stains, it was very dirty.

solid stay, a few quirks
new room clean room nice staff
i found the room fairly new and quite clean. it had air conditioning that worked. the breakfast lady was very nice and did everything to help in the morning. we had toiletries in the bathroom, convenient.

the room had a comfortable bed with good decor. there was also air conditioning that worked properly. the apartment was modern and spacious , made it good.

breakfast was brought to the room at a specified time. the breakfast lady did everything she could to help. there was a patisserie one minute away, it sold coffee and croissants.

parking was nearby and useful, it was only a five minute walk to the hotel. we found a local restaurant nearby, it was great. the hotel is twenty minutes by foot from the duomo.
